Where's my order coming from?

Orders from our US store are shipped from one of our US warehouses and generally take 2-5 days to arrive to addresses within the continental USA.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $64.99 if you're shipping within the continental USA. Unfortunately as a small business, it's just not feasible for us to offer free shipping on all orders. Our shipping fees are genuine reflections of the cost of fulfilling your order. Thanks for understanding.

What about import duty?

Your order will be shipped from within the US and so no import/customs duties apply if you're shipping to an address in the USA.

Can I return my order?
